Teriea's Awakening

Teriea's eyes flew open. She looked around at her unfamiliar surroundings, and with a rush, remembered what had happened. She had been walking home, when she had been attacked. She looked down at her neck, where she had felt blood. There were two puncture marks, each small little holes. They had scabbed over. She looked up from her neck at a faint noise. A beating heart. She lunged.

Nina's hand flew onto the girls shoulder "Hey you're up. Slow down or you'll hurt yourself!" she told the girl sitting her down and strapping in her arms and legs.

Teriea sat down, snarling and trying to get to the human and warm blood. "Who are you?" she hissed through er teeth.

"Don't struggle honey the restraints only get tighter" she laughed fresh stains of blood on her lips and teeth "as for my name it's Nina, you don't remember your own mothers name?"

Teriea's politeness took over. "Of course, mother. Appologies." she stopped struggling. "Why am I chained?" she asked. "And whats this on my neck?" She looked at the scabs.

"You'r chained so you don't go eating my assistant!" she laughed "and as for the scabs thats how you got turned honey!"

OOC: Oh yeah. To be turned, it takes a month after bitten, or if you kill them imediately after biting them, it is instant. :3

IC: "Turned, mother? What do you mean?" Teriea asked. She turned to the human. "And why does (he/she) smell so good?"

"Oh honey don't act stupid you're a vampire" she told her "and as for why he smells so good you just want blood"

Teriea sat in shock. A vampire! She was a vampire. "Thirsty..." she said. Her throat was on fire.

"Fine" she said coldly and handed her a glass of thick red liquid.

"Thank you, mother." She quickly drank the glass, and sighed in happiness as the lifeblood of a human slipped down her throat, cooling the flames of her thirst. "Can you remove these chains? I am sure now that I won't attack the human."

"Honey you're a new born you can't be trusted just yet" she told her and walked over to her assistant "this is alex" she told her and kissed the boy "don't worry your daddy knows about him"

"Father? Then who is the human?" Teriea asked, confused.

"My other blood mate duh" she told her

Teriea blinked, then shrugged. She looked around. "Where am I?" she asked.

"In the dungeon of the palace" she told her and unlocked the restraints

"Dungeon? Palace?" As Teriea listened harder, she heard the much more faint beat of human hearts. Lots of humans. "Is this where you keep the humans?"

"What do you think?" she asked

"Mmm..." Her eyes drifted to mother's blood mate. "You called him your assistant?"

"He is my assistant and my blood mate" she told her.

"What do you mean by assistant? What does he do?" Teriea asked.

"Anything I want him to do" she told her.

Teriea cocked an eye. "Ahh... So, do I get an assistant, mother?" Teriea asked politely.

"Yes unless your not a princess" she told her

"Am I a princess?" Teriea asked.
